Available in 14 standard case sizes, the RF Series of high-frequency RF chip resistors are suited for use in RF and microwave applications. The resistors are offered with single-surface or wrap-around terminations, and a variety of termination materials for solder mount, epoxy bond or wire bond applications.
The devices are optimized for 50 ohm characteristic impedance using special manufacturing techniques to reduce VSWR. Power ratings for the series range from 50 mW up to 200W, with a low return loss up to 20 GHz. Pricing for the RF Series resistors starts at $1.00 each in production quantities. Delivery is 12 to 14 weeks ARO.
