Claiming superior performance compared to 3-terminal capacitors, the KC series 3-terminal capacitor/inductor (C/L) noise filters offer sharp cutoff characteristics. They are said to perform with little reflection and provide EMI attenuation for a wide frequency band. The devices feature a capacitance tolerance of ±30%, an inductance tolerance of ±15%, and an inductance value of l0 nH. Voltage rating is 25V with an operating temperature range of -40¡C to +85¡C. These filters are available in a 1206 case size and are compatible with flow, reflow or iron soldering. For more information, contact Dawn McGriff at KOA SPEER ELECTRONICS INC., Bradford, PA.
