These new EMI spanner filters incorporate a bushing-mount design that eliminates the hex head, allowing for the close placement of EMI filters into a chassis or plate assembly without the use of solder. The filters have a cylindrical body that measures 0.196'' in diameter and can be installed in arrays with a lead spacing of 0.2'' . A square cross-section pin is fitted to the top for wire-wrap lead attachment. The filters are available in capacitance values ranging from 100 to 5,500 pF in working voltages of 200 Vdc at 85°C and 100 Vdc at 125°C. Current rating is 15 Adc and operating temperature range is -55°C to 125°C. Minimum insertion loss, as per MIL-STD-220, is up to 70 dB at 10 GHz. Depending on quantity, prices range from $1.10 to $1.60 each, with delivery from stock to eight weeks ARO.
