Tailored for medical instrumentation and process controls, the SON-U, DIP-U, SIP-U and PFC-UD series resistor networks employ the company's Tantalum Ultride technology to deliver highly stable performance. According to the company, Tantalum Ultride provides superior corrosion resistance to traditional nichrome films as well as enhanced precision and stability. Additionally, the networks are constructed with no internal solder connections, making them impervious to dendritic growth. The DIP and SIP networks offer a resistance range of 1 kO to 100 kO with a power rating of 0.04W at 70°C. The SON and PFC-UD networks provide a resistance range of 1 kO to 50 kO with a power rating of 0.025W at 70°C. All four high networks specify absolute TCRs to ±10 ppm/°C and tracking TCRs to ±1 ppm/°C with a voltage coefficient of less than 0.1 ppm/V.
