Groomed for detecting current in voltage regulator applications, the HM69S series power inductor maintains a constant DC resistance value with a shift of ±2% at room temperature and 7% over a 100°C temperature range. The inductor, designed for multiphase voltage regulator applications including powering CPUs, offers an inductance range of 90 nH to 200 nH with a maximum dc current of 75A and TCRs of 700 ppm/°C. Typical DCRs are 0.950 milliOhms and operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +125°C with a maximum temperature rise of +40°C. Constant dc resistance over the temperature range is ±2%. Available on 700-piece reels and in 4,200-piece cartons, prices range from $0.55 to $0.65 each depending on volume and package size. BI TECHNOLOGIES, Fullerton, CA. (714) 447-2757.
