Chip Inductors Operate from 100 MHz To 2 GHz

Eyeing the pager, portable telephone and RF hybrid markets, the 0603, 0805 and 1008C series wirewound, surface-mount chip inductors operate over a frequency range from 100 MHz to 2 GHz. Inductance values range from 1.6 nH to 270 nH for the 0603 series, 3.3 nH to 820 nH for the 0805 series, and 10 nH to 4,700 µH for the 1008C series. The inductors come with clear, flat-cap color-coded indentifiers and TC-bonded magnetic wire on gold pads and are encased in tape-and-reel packaging.
