Adding to the RK73 family of thick-film resistors is a 0201-size (0.6 mm x 0.3 mm) component targeting medical and high frequency applications. The resistor is available in tolerances of ±0.5%, ±1%, ±2%, and ±5% and resistance values from 1 MO to 10 MO. Power rating is 1/20W at 70°C. Similar to other RK73 resistors, the component employs a thick-film element with anti-leaching nickel barrier terminations and is available with lead-free terminations. In addition, it meets or exceeds the requirements of EIA 575, EIAJ RC 2690A, EIA PDP-100, and MIL-R-55342F. For exact pricing, contact Dawn McGriff at KOA SPEER ELECTRONICS INC., Bradford, PA.
