Well-suited for applications in RF tuning circuits ranging from semiconductor processing, induction and dielectric heating, medical imaging, and communications, DuraCap series of high voltage, high current, fixed capacitors is designed to serve as an alternative to ceramic doorknob or mica capacitors that can exhibit thermal instability and can hinder high current operation. Manufactured with a single-piece braze technique under high vacuum, the capacitors offer peak test voltages up to 15 kV and current ratings up to 80Arms. Capacitance values are 80, 100, 120, 150 and 210 pF, ±5% tolerance. Package dimensions are 1.75" diameter x 2.5" long.
