Designed to support high speed dc/dc converters in high-density switching power supplies, the SM76760, SM76922, SM76924, and SM76925 gate drive transformers come in heights as low as 4 mm and surface-mount packages measuring down to 6 mm x 8.4 mm. They operate at speeds up to 22.2 V/ms and exhibit a hi-pot rating up to 1.5 kVdc. Depending on configuration, available turns ratios include 2:1:1, 1:1.5, 1:1, and 1:1:1 with an inductance range from 330 mH to 2.0 mH and dc-resistance from 1? to 2W. Other features include an operating temperature range from –40°C to +130°C and compatibility with reflow soldering techniques. Custom turns ratios and inductance values are available upon request.
