Resistor Arrays Reside In Surface Mount Package

Two new flat chip resistor arrays integrate four thin film resistors into a single surface mount package. The Beyschlag ACAC 0612 precision series and professional series resistor arrays are suited for applications demanding high component densities and accurate and stable resistor performance. Absolute TCR for the precision series is ±25 ppm/°K, and tracking TCR is ±15 ppm/°K, with tracking TCR of ±10 ppm/°K available upon request. The professional series resistor arrays feature absolute TCR of ±50 ppm/°K, with ±25 ppm/°K available upon request. Absolute tolerance for the precision series is ±0.25% and matched tolerance is 0.1%, while the professional series array has an absolute tolerance of ±1%. The resistor arrays have a footprint of 1.6 mm x 3.2 mm. Resistance options range from 100Ω to 221 kΩ. Arrays are available with four equal values, four different values, or two equal value pairs.
