MLP Film Capacitor Series Expands Range

Opening up more options, the RA Series multi-layer polymer (MLP) film capacitors are now available in higher capacitance values and voltage ratings. Designed for high-voltage bus, 100 to 500 Vdc applications the components feature non-shorting operation and allegedly do not crack like large ceramic chip capacitors when exposed to temperature extremes or high vibration environments. RA Series capacitance values range from 0.1 µF to 10 µF and voltage ratings span 100 to 500 VDC. Parts are available in bulk packaging with lead times of stock to six weeks.
