Claiming to provide the industry’s highest operating voltage for a tantalum capacitor with a conductive polymer cathode, the TCJ Series surface-mount, polymer tantalum capacitor features a nominal capacitance rating of 10 μF with a rated voltage of 35V in a C case size measuring 6 mm x 3.2 mm x 2.6 mm. The capacitors are also said to be more stable than MLCC capacitors. Other reported features include a low ESR, halogen-free, environmentally-compliant design, and an operating temperature range of -55ºC to +105ºC. AVX CORP. Myrtle Beach, SC. (843) 946-0414.
