Specifically tailored for wireless modems, the 592W solid tantalum chip capacitors are reportedly the first group to offer a 750-μF, 10V component in a 7.5 mm x 6.3 mm M case size. Capacitance values range from 330 μF to 2,200 μF over a voltage range of 6.3V to 10V in three case sizes with profiles of 1.6 mm and 2 mm. Other features include an operating temperature range from - 55°C to + 125°C with voltage derating and a ±20% capacitance tolerance. US pricing starts at $1 each.
