Voltage Dividers Tighten Tolerance And Stability

April 12, 2011
The ORNV series molded, thin-film dual-in-line resistor voltage dividers specify a ratio tolerance of ±0.05%, ratio stability characteristics of ± 0.015% at 2,000 hours and +70ºC, and a TCR tracking of ±5 ppm/ºC.

One component combines five resistors including two voltage dividers and a reference resistor in an eight-pin, SMT network measuring 4 mm x 5 mm. Sporting a 1.27-mm pitch and 1.73-mm maximum height, resistance values range from 2 kΩ to 50 kΩ with a power rating of 100 mW at +70°C per resistor. Pricing starts at $1.60 each/1,000.
