AVX has enhanced its land-grid array (LGA) capacitor offerings to include a low-inductance, two-terminal 0805 package for decoupling applications. The LGC Series capacitor is available with 100% tin and tin lead terminations to provide high-frequency performance similar to an eight-terminal interdigitated capacitor. Capacitance values include 1 mF at 6.3V and 2.2 mF at 4V in an X5R dielectric formation across an operating temperature range of -55°C to +85°C.
