Working with or without an alignment magnet, the IWAS-4832FF-50 debuts as the industry's first commercially available powdered-iron-based, Wireless Power Consortium (WPC)-compliant wireless charging receiving coil. It achieves an efficiency greater than 70%. Other features include a magnetic saturation of 50% at 4,000 gauss, an inductance of 9.7 µH at 200 kHz with a ±5% inductance tolerance, DCR of 200 mΩ at +25ºC, and a Q of 30 min. at 200 kHz.
