For use with PSC813F family of flash-based µC support ICs, PC-based FlashLink JTAG programmer performs in-system programming of the PSD813F devices. The flash-based devices offer µC-based systems 128 KB of in-system programmable flash memory, 32 KB of additional flash or EEPROM memory, 2500 gates of flash-based Micro-Cell programmable logic, an enhanced JTAG serial programming interface, a power management unit, code security features, and a programmable µC interface. FlashLink is used to speed up system development by letting designers instantly program and reprogram PSD813F logic design, system firmware and memory map while it is in the target system. Software is Windows NT, 95 or 98 compatible.
