Joseph E. McDonough, chief financial officer and vice president of finance at Analog Devices, will retire in May 2008. McDonough, 60, joined ADI in 1983 and has served as CFO since 1991. ADI did not disclose McDonough's reasons for retiring after 24 years with the company.
