Poised for use in a wide range of battery-powered products, the AS1970-75 line of comparators offer single-, dual-, and quad-input devices with power consumptions down to 8.5 µA per input. The comparators operate with single supplies from 2.5V to 5.5V and dual sources from ±1.25V to ±2.75V while providing rail-to-rail capability and an input bias current of 1 pA. Their 0.5-mV input-offset voltage and 3-mV hysteresis make the devices suitable for battery monitoring and management applications. The AS1970/72/74 employ a push/pull output stage that sinks and sources current and the AS1972/73/75 feature an open-drain output stage that can extend beyond VCC.
