At greater than 300 MHz, the AD8183 and 8185 video multiplexers are touted as having the industry's highest full-power bandwidth, enabling the switching of multiple video signals in a single application. Channel switching speeds are up to 20 ns with slew rates of more than 1 kv/µs. Other features include a gain flatness of 0.1 dB up to 100 MHz with 0.01% differential gain error and 0.02° of differential phase error, and hostile crosstalk of better than -90 dB up to 5 MHz and -50 dB up to 100 MHz. Both multiplexers are available in a 24-pin TSOP package and are priced at $3.47 each/100.
