The IS42S32200A is a 64-Mbit synchronous DRAM, organized as 2 Mbits by 32, offering clock speeds of 143, 166, and 200 MHz. Manufactured using 0.18-µm process technology, the 64-Mbit SDRAM operates with a single 3.3-V supply. Additional features include programmable CAS latency, programmable burst lengths, auto and controlled precharge, and auto and self-refresh modes. Samples are available now, with volume production shipments beginning in the fourth quarter of this year. Available in an 86 TSOP-II JEDEC standard package, the IS42S32200A costs $3.95 each in 10,000-unit quantities.
