Focused on enhancing RGB and composite video switching tasks, the TS5V330 and TS3V330 quad SPDT video switches provide differential gains of 0.64% and 0.82%, respectively. Both devices exhibit a typical differential phase of 0.1° and operate over a minimum bandwidth of 300 MHz. Typically, the TS5V330 specifies an on-state resistance of 3? and a crosstalk of –63 dB. On-state resistance and crosstalk for the TS3V330 are 5? and –80 dB typical, respectively. Both devices are also fully specified for partial-power-down applications using IOFF. Available in 16-pin QFN packages, as well as SSOP and TSSOPs, price for either is $0.80 each/1,000. TEXAS INSTRUMENTS INC., Dallas, TX. (800) 477-8924.
