Logic Devices Upgrade Legacy Systems

The single-gate 74AHCT1Gxx logic devices are primarily a performance upgrade for legacy 5V TTL systems. An advanced CMOS process enables switching and power efficiency advantages over alternative technologies. The devices operate from 4.5V to 5V and deliver an output drive current of 8 mA.  Nine logic functions are available SOT25 and SOT353 packages and comprise AND, NAND, OR, NOR, XOR, inverter, Schmitt trigger inverter, and tri-state buffers.
