The fourth-generation CY8CTMA1036 TrueTouch controller has 65 sense-I/Os with support for up to 1,036 nodes on screens up to 12 inches.

The fourth-generation CY8CTMA1036 TrueTouch controller has 65 sense-I/Os with support for up to 1,036 nodes on screens up to 12 inches. It uses a 32-bit ARM Cortex core and integrates 10V Tx to drive the touch panel.  Other features include an active power consumption of 2 mW, sleep mode of 1.8 µW with wake-up via address match on the COM port, refresh rate of 400 Hz, capacitive touch panel scan rate of 1 kHz, and an accuracy and linearity of 0.2 mm.
