Addressing market demand for a higher capacity disk along with a small form factor is a new version of the FFD-250 Flash Disk, with extended capacities of up to 1.3 GBytes of bootable flash memory in SCSI and 1.2 GBytes in IDE models. FFD-250 is a 2.5" flash disk offered in an IDE and SCSI II interface. This extended capacity allows longer recording time as well as ruggedized features. It has been designed into applications that require high data reliability in harsh environmental conditions. The 2.5" form factor is identical to common electromechanical disk drives, allowing easy replacement of standard hard disks and providing a reliable data storage solution.
