Organized as 4 x 512k x 72 and packaged in an 84-position, dual key, double high DIMM, the WED2CG472512V-D2 is a 16-Mbyte synchronous flow-through SRAM module that supports either linear or sequential burst access. The 3.3V module has access speeds of 9, 10, 12 and 15 ns.
When used in burst mode, the module provides 2-1-1-1 access. When used in synchronous only mode, it provides an economical alternative to ultra high speed CMOS asynchronous architectures. Applications include uses requiring high-density, high-performance memory, such as port buffer arrays in WAN platforms. Price: $795 each/5000.
