Five MoBL (More Battery Life) dual-port RAMs are intended for handheld mobile phone and PDA electronic products. The CYDM256A16/128A16/128A08/064A16/064A08 enable high-speed interprocessor communications in next-generation phones that use multiple processors to manage video, games, e-mail or music. The devices offer very low operating and standby current draw. At a supply voltage of 1.8V, operating current is 15 mA typical and standby current is 2 μA typical. The devices support I/O voltages of 1.8V, 2.5V and 3.0V. Access times as are fast as 35 ns. Packaging is a 100-ball, 6 mm x 6 mm fpBGA. Memory sizes and organizations are as follows: CYDM256A16, 256-kBits, 16k x 16; 128A16, 128-kBits,8k x 16; 128A08, 128-kBits, 16k x 8; 064A16, 64-kBits, 4k x 16; 064A08, 64-kBits, 8k x 8.
