The SRAM boasts an access time of 70 ns, a standby current as low as 15 µA, and a low operating current of 20 mA. Designated the IS62VV51216LL , the device operates with a single 1.65V to 1.95V power supply, has a 512k x 16 configuration, and is fabricated using a 0.15-micron process.
