Targeting networking and telecomm markets, the company's latest 18-Mb synchronous SRAMs operate at clock speeds in excess of 250 MHz. They offer users 24 unique options, which include 1Mx18, 512Kx36, and 256Kx72 configurations. Employing 0.13 µm technology, they are available as no-wait or standard synchronous, SRAMs and either is available in 2.5V and 3.3V voltages with pipeline or flow-through options and JTAG boundary scan. Additionally, the devices are available in both commercial and industrial temperature ranges. Standard synchronous devices are available in 100-pin TQFP, 119-pin BGA, and 165-pin BGA JEDEC packages and no-wait devices also include a 209 BGA JEDEC package. Price is $25 each/10,000.
