Designed for applications requiring low power and a small footprint, the company's family of stacked memory modules includes both flash with integrated pseudo static RAM (PSRAM) and PSRAM-only modules. The flash modules combine 16 Mb of flash with 8 Mb of PSRAM (AT52BC1661A), 32 Mb of flash with 8 Mb of PSRAM (AT52BC3221A), 64 Mb of flash with 16 Mb of PSRAM (AT52BC6402J), and 128 Mb of flash with 32 Mb of PSRAM (AT52 BC/SQ/SC 1283J). Two more modules complete the family with 32 Mb (AT52BC6403J) and 64 Mb (AT52 BC/SQ/SC 1284J) of PSRAM. Each module is available with operating voltages of either 2.7V or 1.8V with read-access times of 70 ns. The 64-Mb and 128-Mb flash modules provide page-mode, burst-mode, and concurrent-read capabilities with page-access times up to 25 ns and a burst speed of 66 MHz.
