With an IDE interface that makes them easy to integrate using an IDE connector, IDEFD series devices are standard 3.5" form-factor add-in solid-state flash memory disk emulators that are interoperable with any operating system without the requirement for special software drivers. The IDE Flashdrives come in capacities from 4 to 300 MB with MTBFs of more than 1 million operating hours. The drives consume 3 mA in sleep mode and less than 100 mA when writing/erasing.
