The company has introduced eight JEDEC standard 16-Mb EDO/FPM DRAMs that include four extended data out (EDO), 4M x 4 devices that are targeted for use in a broad range of telecom, networking and PC peripheral applications. Features include 5- and 3.3-V operation, 2- and 4-k refresh options, and an access time of 50 ns. The four new EDO devices are IS41C44002, IS41C44004, IS41LV44002, and IS41LV44004. The four new FPM devices are IS41C44052, IS41C44054, IS41LV44052, and IS41LV44054. The DRAMs are available in both 24/26-pin SOJ and TSOP-II packages and are priced at $3.75 each/10,000.
