Targeting industrial PCs and servers, a family of SDRAM DIMMs and SODIMMs are available in densities from 32 MB to 1 GB. The 168-pin DIMM and the 144-pin SODIMM memory modules both conform to the JEDEC standards and meet the height requirements of 1U-rack mount systems. In addition, the low latency CAS2 PC133 DIMMs are said to be the fastest SDRAM modules available for standard PC applications. The registered DIMM products offer capacities up to 1Gbyte for server and workstation applications, while the SODIMM products target notebook computer and embedded systems applications.
