The company’s latest 2.5" conduction-cooled SATA Raid SSDs are available in 256- GB, 512-GB, 1,024-GB, and 2,048-GB densities. They promise to accelerate the storage system by using up to five SSD units, controllable via a RAID high speed SATA controller. The disks are available as MLC or SLC and all internal mezzanine SSD boards are thermally connected to the outside aluminium wall of the SSD. Features include a MTBF of 1.5-million hours, the ability to withstand shock up to 40g and vibration to 16g, a data retention of 10 years, integrated EEC, and an operating temperature range from -40°C to +85°C.
