Triple DPDT Data Switches Multiplex SDHC/SDIO Interfaces

Groomed for multiplexing SDHC (SD 2.0) and SDIO interfaces, the MAX4996 and MAX4996L triple DPDT switches specify a typical on-resistance of 2 Ohms, an on-capacitance 6 pF typical, and a typical power consumption of 3 mA. Each provides three logic inputs to control the switches in pairs. Consuming a maximum 10 mA supply current when the logic inputs are not rail-to-rail, the switches are suitable for applications that interface directly with low-voltage processors.
