Groomed for multiplexing SDHC (SD 2.0) and SDIO interfaces, the MAX4996 and MAX4996L triple DPDT switches specify a typical on-resistance of 2 Ohms, an on-capacitance 6 pF typical, and a typical power consumption of 3 mA. Each provides three logic inputs to control the switches in pairs. Consuming a maximum 10 mA supply current when the logic inputs are not rail-to-rail, the switches are suitable for applications that interface directly with low-voltage processors. Available in 24-pin, 3.5 mm x 3.5 mm, 24-pin TQFN packages with an operating voltage from 2.5V to 5.5V, prices for the MAX4996/MAX4996L start at $1.80 each/1,000.
