Designed for use with CPLD, DSP and ASIC core logic, the UNR D3 series of dc/dc converters are non-isolated and incorporate full synchronous rectification and planar magnetics. The converters deliver efficiencies up to 89% and noise levels as low as 80 mVp-p. Other features include an input voltage of 3.3V ±10%, user-trimmable output voltages of 1.8V at 10A or 2.5V at 10 A, an accuracy of ±1%, and a quick step response time of 25 µs. Price is $26 each/10,000 with production quantities delivered within four to eight weeks ARO.
