Adding to the SuperFlash-based FlashFlex family of eight-bit, 8051-compatible microcontrollers, the SST89V54RD-33-C-QIF is available in a 6 mm x 6 mm x 0.8 mm WQFN package standing 0.7 mm in height, reportedly making it the smallest 8051-based MCU currently on the market.
