Claiming to be the industry's first ultra-low voltage power supervisor, the MIC2776 chip offers a choice of output options and low quiescent current. The device is capable of monitoring power supply voltages as low as 300 mV via user-adjustable input, and its power supply current draw is only 3 µA. Other MIC2776 features include an operating range from 1.5V to 5V, debounced manual reset input, and a small, SOT23-5 package. Three versions with different output configurations are available: the MIC2776H-BM5 has an active-high output; the MIC2776L-BM5 has an active-low output; and the MIC2776N-BM5 has an open-drain, active-low output. Price is $0.78 each/1,000.
