Jan. 1, 2000

The 3U CP331 graphics controller for CompactPCI systems provides configuration options for CRTs (VGA monitor) and for three flat-panel technologies: TTL, LVDS or PanelLink. As a result, the board supports the complete range of flat-panel displays- from TFT, DSTN, SSTN and EL to plasma- in both color and monochrome versions and in parallel with a CRT. It supports display of up to 16.7 million colors at distances of up to 10 meters. The board uses a C&T 69000/69030 graphics controller with 2 or 4 Mbytes of on-chip video RAM. There’s also a 64-bit bit-block transfer engine to deliver enhanced performance. Resolutions are supported from VGA through SXGA (up to 1280 x 1024 pixels).Interfaces include a VGA connector for connection to CRTs, an optional LVDS interface for connection to flat panels, and an optional PanelLink interface for connection to flat panels. The board supports Windows NT and the Zinc GUI for VxWorks. Delivery is in 30 days after receipt of order.
