Straight Crimp Plug Connectors Save Space In Terminating RG-178/U Coax

Oct. 1, 1999

The RFM-9000-1A MMCX straight crimp plug connectors for RG-178/U cable are about 45% smaller than equivalent SMB connectors. Constructed of a gold-plated machined-brass body with Teflon dielectric material, the connectors feature a snap-in slotless interface that offers rotation capability with a controlled 50W impedance and low VSWR up to 6 GHz. Straight and right-angle styles are available for pc board and crimp plug and jack configurations.
