Capable of controlling signal conditioning and gain setting of audio signals for AC97-compliant audio codecs, PAC AC97 IC is specifically designed for high-performance, on-board audio for Pentium II motherboards where using many discretes uses too much board space. The single chip solution provides 1% ratio matching of left and right stereo signals and better than 90 dB inter-channel and channel-to-channel crosstalk for all signals.
