Reported as one of the most compact devices for applications using a cradle docking function, the dual-row 0.5-mm pitch CradleCon system exhibits about a 50% space savings over single-row docking systems. The system is available in a variety of SMT board-to-board options and custom cable versions. Board-to-board types feature right angle PCB plugs used on the equipment side, and straight- and right-angle PCB receptacles for the docking units. The custom cable versions are available in both straight and right angle versions, which can be used for USB, AV jack, and power-charge applications.
