Designed to reduce the size and improve the density of OEM equipment, the UCBJR250-N pc-board-mounted right-angle bulkhead baby-n-connector (BNC) jack can increase connector density up to 40%. The miniature connector suits high-reliability data-rate and high-frequency applications, such as telecom Central Office DS3 and other carrier class applications. Matched to telecom industry-standard BNC installation tools, the part doesn't require retooling or training. The UCBJR-250-N features true 75-‡ impedance and outstanding return loss performance. Special design features include fully enclosed beryllium copper center contacts, a nailhead feature with tapered lead-in for center wire, and positive tactile feedback upon engaging with the dielectric. The UCBJR250-N costs $5.27 each in 100-piece quantities.
