Catering to board-level power applications where space is at a premium, the D200E series dc/dc converters come in SIPs measuring 0.77" x 0.28" x 0.4" and can deliver up to 2W of power. The series includes 24 standard models that operate from inputs of 5, 12, or 24 Vdc and provide single and dual outputs of 5, 9, 12, 15, ±5, ±9, ±12, or ±15 Vdc. Standard features include an input/output isolation of 1 kVdc, efficiencies as high as 87%, and a MTBF per MIL HDBK 217F of greater than 3.5 million hours. All models are approved to UL 1950, EN60950 (File No. E245422) and operate in temperatures from -40°C to +85°C with no derating or heat sinking required. Cooling is by free-air convection.
