Introduced as the latest member of the RangeCharger family, the device packs all the functionality required between the transceiver output and the antenna into a 4 mm x 5 mm QFN package. Additionally, it eliminates external components for matching and reference voltages. Specs include all ports matched to 50W, a power detector with a dynamic range of 20 dB, power output of +18 dBm with an EVM of 3, and an operating voltage and current of 3.3V and 142 mA, respectively.
