For users needing to perform numerous scale functions remotely, the Model 3004 (ISAC-4) four-channel load-cell signal conditioner can communicate wirelessly via the PDAWeigh software and BlueWeigh wireless module options. Functions include multiple point calibration and diagnostics. The conditioner features an analog 4 mA to 20 mA current loop and voltage level outputs. Users can set its digital outputs to trip at specific levels, providing simple process control. Additionally, the unit can communicate to a host via RS-232 or RS-485 interfaces. The host can be a PC or digital indicator that supports the ISAC protocol. Other features include onboard diagnostics to isolate faulty conditions such as failed or drifting load cells.
