Designed to reduce product implementation cycle times, the StarterKit Plus products provide support for the company's 8- and 16-bit microcontrollers (MCUs), including those with flash memory, LCD control, and USB features. Offered as a complete support package, the kits include an MCU evaluation board, power supply, and software development tools, such as a compiler, assembler, debugger and sample code. The MCUs find use in industrial control, networking, automotive, entertainment, wireless, and other products.
The StarterKit products are said to provide all of the tools needed to start an MCU evaluation within as little as 10 minutes. The MSV62/80-SKP, MSV30240-SKP and MSV30222-SKP kits are for 16-bit MCUs and the MSV37641-SKP, MSV38049-SKP and MSV37531-SKP packages are for 8-bit MCUs. Each kit is priced at $99.99 each.
