Designed specifically for antenna diversity switching, the UPG2024TQ GaAs MMIC DPDT switch operates at 4.8 to 5.85 GHz. Targeted at 5 to 6 GHz 802.11a WLAN, cordless phones, or fixed wireless access designs, the device features an insertion loss of 1.2 dB and isolation of 25 dB. Housed in a miniature, low- profile, 10-pin TSON style TQ package, the switch measures just 2.4 mm x 2.55 mm x 0.6 mm. To help speed circuit design, evaluation boards are available.
