Designed to bring a circuit card completely out its card cage or enclosure for testing and/or debugging, the company's ATCA extender board provides access to both sides of the board under test. It extends both the power and IPMB signals. With a 10-layer stripline design, the extender accommodates fully populated fabric slots and the power connector. The Zone 3 section gains service via a blind board assembled to Zone 1+2 through the frame. Additionally, the complete keying system, including the Zone 3 area, comes fully assembled.
