Processor Board Targets Critical Applications

Targeting critical applications that require 3U-sized products, the CP320 cPCI processor board employs a 250-MHz MPC8240 PowerPC processor. The board supports up to 128 MB of SDRAM with ECC, up to 8 MB of soldered-in flash, a 64-Kb EEPROM, and options for up to 2 MB of NVRAM and up to 288 MB of disk-on-chip.
In addition, the board has on-board serial I/O, Fast Ethernet, and a PCI expansion connector. Available in three temperature ranges, pricing starts at $1,832.
